1972 Gibson SG Pro cherry red

Late 1971, early 1972 Gibson SG Pro, cherry red. Made in USA, serial number 636153. This guitar is all original, except for the bridge, two pickup ring screws and an extra strap button hole. The input jack was also replaced and a few solder joints touched up in the process. This is the only SG Pro or Deluxe we've ever seen without a tremolo and factory wraparound bridge and we highly doubt you'll find another. The pots date to the 41st week of '71. Very good and strong sounding P-90 pickups, cool embossed pickup covers. Nice and dark fretboard with black and white binding. A previous owner wrote something in Japanese in the pickup routes. Comes with a vintage hardshell case. Weighs only 3.2kg.
