Ca. 1962 Hofner 500/10 Six String Bass, sunburst. Made in Germany. This bass is 100% original and comes with the original gigbag, an extra set of original Hofner strings and the strap it was originally sold with. This is one of the rarest Hofners to leave the factory in the 1960s, even rarer with the controls mounted directly to the top. It needs a neck reset and most likely requires rewound pickups and wiring, it is thus sold as-is. Weighs 2.6kg.
